All images are rights managed, licensed for one time use as specified at the time of sale. Copyright remains with zoo57.com.

Receipt of images is not authority to publish. The right to publish is granted by written confirmation, a signed sales agreement or invoice from zoo57.com.

Unauthorised use or offering images for resale, license or other distribution,will breach these terms and conditions.

Pricing and Payment

Image price is based on:
1 Type of media - e.g. newspaper, magazine, book, etc
2 Image use - e.g. editorial or advertising, etc
3 Reproduction size and position e.g. cover or inside use etc,
4 Print run, territory distribution etc.

Several payments options are available, in Japanese yen, British pounds or US dollars.

1 Payment is accepted by non-corporate credit cards, company checks, cashier checks, money orders, international bank cheques, international money orders and bank wire transfers. Refer to the bank details listed on invoice.

2 Pay Pal - be sure to indicate the currency in yen, pounds or dollars. Exchange rates are set at the time of agreement and quoted from a reputable source.

Purchasing Images *

2 Send a message detailing usage etc. (Watermarked comping images are available for layout purposes.)

3 Having agreed a price, a license is faxed / emailed, to be signed and returned.

4 Payment is made and the high resolution image is sent within one business day of the completion of the above steps.

* Established clients can reorder at agreed prices for similar usage and choose invoicing for payment at a later date.
